Retained to conduct a comprehensive facility accessibility audit for this hospice (3 bedrooms), a facility that provides palliative care in a residential setting, as an alternative to institutional or in-home care for individuals in the final stages of a terminal illness. Developed a comprehensive barrier removal action plan to support the implementation of future accessibility retrofits.
