Services: Accessible Design Compliance (Pursuit Phase)

SPH was retained as Accessibility Consultant, for the DBFM (Design Build Finance Maintain) pursuit stage of this project, as part of the proponent team HIP (Hospital Infrastructure Partners Inc.), one of three shortlisted firms invited to submit a DBFM proposal to Infrastructure Ontario. 

As identified by Halton Healthcare, the expansion will add 330,000 square feet of space to the existing 125,000 square-foot hospital and will be designed to address the needs of all users, including seniors, children, individuals with visual or cognitive disabilities and others using diverse types of mobility aids.
