Services: Accessible Audit of Town Portfolio

Conducted accessibility audits of thirty-nine (39) town facilities, which included community centres, libraries, arenas, fire stations, park facilities and administration offices. Developed detailed barrier removal action plans for each facility, implementation recommendations, priorities for barrier removal, and cost estimates for upgrades. A project executive summary report was also developed for staff. Compliance was determined based on evaluation of existing features against Draft AODA Built Environment Standards with Town Accessibility Advisory Committee consultation.
