Services: Accessible Design Compliance (Planning, Design & Compliance Team)

Retained by Diamond Schmitt Architects (in association with DIALOG) as Accessibility Consultant, as part of the planning, design and compliance (PDC) team. Responsible for the development of accessible design requirements for inclusion in the PDC documents, as required by SMH, including supporting the development of the Project Specific Output Specifications (“PSOS”) that were included in the RFP stage. The project will include the construction of a new 17-storey Patient Care Tower in Toronto that will provide an estimated 250,000 square feet on the main campus as well as the renovation of an estimated 150,000 square feet of existing spaces.
