SPH was retained by GBS Architects to conduct facility accessibility audits of existing conditions at 2 Bay Street Tower locations in Toronto, to inform renovations to specialty tribunal hearing rooms, administrative offices and public spaces for the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Additionally, SPH supported the design team through the provision of accessible design compliance reviews at various stages of the renovation project and interior fit-up, including providing best practice recommendations for inclusive design based on research and stakeholder consultation.
